Okay we hear and SEE a lot of fan wars when someone bash someone others favorite idol or mv or song or anything from them. And then the other part starts to defend hers/his idol and fight back, by bashing the first one’s idol.. etc, etc.. These all could be easily prevented.

First the one who bashed first, he/she has a right to say his/her own opinion, but it could be said in a nice way that no one would loose their control. But sometimes I see that, that one person says that he/she doesn’t like the mv in a nice way and then someone who likes the mv, starts bash the person for not liking it. That isn’t seriously the reason why fans should create wars between other fans! Come on!

The easiest way to prevent these is, my personal favor, to not start to bash anyone! Try to stay cool and not to get yourself involved to the bashing. Even if I see someone say something rude from my bias I usually shut up and don’t say anything, because of course I would become angry and all and our minds doesn’t work like they usually would work then. So that means we loose our control when we are angry and we say a lot of things that we don’t mean (I hope so) and that happens at the other party too and then some other fans joins to the party and there we have it: a nice juicy fan war -.-

Or of course if that happens that you say you don’t like the mv (or what ever you don’t like) in a nice way and that other fan start to bash you, say to her/him that you are just saying your own opinion and nothing else period and try not to continue the conversation. And if you get angry about the fans bashing, just close your computer and calm down before you answer to her/him.

What do you think about this? Could there be a better way of preventing fan wars?

i agree with you, if your an avid fan yourseLf you know how it feeLs if your idoL is being picked upon..
so easiest way to prevent this kind of troubLe is to strictLy abide by the GoLden Rule..
and be open minded as weLL, i guess? smile

and peopLe who bash:
what benefit do you get when you say something bad?
were you not taught that if you can’t say something nice better keep your mouth shut?

haha~~ good points~ but you know what, some wars can’t be stop. some people wants to protect their idols too much that they even bash everyone who don’t support his/her idol although that person don’t talk bad about them~ i caught in one and no matter i tried to keep calm, it just don’t happen~ lol~ that makes me wonder if it’s me or that person who need the anger management class~ hahaha

yeah I know what you mean :D sometimes it’s really hard to back away.. but somehow I can always do it xD can that be called as a talent xD lol

Yep, I agree. As much as most of us don’t want any more fan wars, the thing is we can’t make everybody see our point-of-view. There will still be those stubborn ones who cling to their beliefs that their favorite idol is the best and no one can ever compare, just the same as there can be stubborn ones among us who want fan wars to stop. So maybe I’m being a bit pessimist, but it’s kinda the reality we live in, which is really sad.


This is sooo true. If people just ignored the ones that starting bashing, everything would be a lot better smile

I hate some fans of some certain groups who bash other groups >.<

Oh, god! Since I got to know K-Pop, word fan wars is associated with DBSK break up! I’ve read so many blog with bashing from both sides, that I wanted to smack all of them!
Seriously, why can’t we just live and make peace and love?

Exactly no bashing! Don’t start it then there will be nothing. Talk civilized, but most people cant be civilized. I think there will always be fan wars because there will always be someone who wants the last word. :/


I totally agree.... just don’t bash. People just love the drama, I guess. x.x
